What I've experienced is that all the swingerclubs/parties I have attended have always had at least that one female that seems to be up to giving it to whomever with a functioning hard-on. Even on a quiet night with just a handful of people attending. Usually there's been more than one. And these have not been paid girls.
Sure the most of the people are either picky or not willing at all to have sex with anyone else than their partners but like i said, there's always this other side of the coin, so I'd say that sex is kind of guaranteed every time on any given party. At least with that one female. You just have to be patient and keep looking and waiting for your moment to come. It might take time sometimes.
And remember that even paid girls can say no, I've witnessed that happening quite a few times. They can be surprisingly picky and having an overall crappy attitude (no doggy or in worst case no sex at all if you have big dick, no touching breasts, no this and no that etc.). I've had my own arguments with them as well and my usual response is fuck them if they start to give me the attitude and I never back down or start apologizing my existence. I just give them a finger and move on to the next bitch. And/or complain about their shitty behaviour to the management if I know that they will care about their clients.
I would recommend especially Templeoase parties to anyone. Even when they are officially swingerparties with no paid girls, you will find sex there. Bottom line is that if you look and play the part so they will let you in (just normal looks and behaviour does it and if you're not a grandpa), you will get laid at least with someone. There's always a handful of ladies that are into gang bangs even tho most of the action seems to happen in private booths.
And those parties are cheap (around 70 eur a night if you register via Joyclub which is free and all drinks and food are included) and mood is always great and the establisment itself looks nice. If you're more lucky, you can find new friends there like I've done, so I have already quite a few local contacts (ladies and couples) with whom I can attend even those parties which are letting only couples in. In those parties it's ridiculously easy to find someone else to fuck when you have your "own" lady there with you to give in return
And usually there's better looking girls in those "couples only" parties. At least younger usually.
It takes a bit of work and time to sneak into that scene, but whilst you're in, it's all good and you'll find totally new world and you can experience so much more than just "pop-in-fuck-shoot-your-load-and-get-the-hell-out"-type of mechanical paid sex scene.
I'm still flabbergasted about how big and wide this swinger scene is in Berlin/Germany. Feels like everyone is just fucking everyone there like there's no tomorrow. As a traditionalist who used to dream about having a family with plenty of kids and a faithful wife I still feel disgusted about that eye-opening find, but hey, I didn't create that world. If the world is what it is, I will accept it and go with the flow and try to enjoy that as much and as long as I can.
