I didn't say I wanted to cancel or anything, just inquired if we could move it back 30 minutes. She told me no as she had a booking at 6:30 straight after me (bit of a conveyor belt). I replied ok lets stick to 6pm. She then tells me she has now given my 6pm time slot to someone else! This all happened within the space of a few minutes of texting! I told her I'd booked her via text and AW for 6pm so she then phones me and starts giving me some attitude to which I hang up on her. I then get a text telling me what a rude child I am.
