After several disappointed attempts to see Skyler McKay, I managed to get through to her and agree to her suggested time. Given that I did not get to my Xmas treat I was really excited to get a booking. When I tried to book her before Christmas, again we agreed a time and she asked me to text an hour before, which I did - then radio silence even when I went to South Ken and traipsed around waiting to get a text. Much later that day I get a text to say that she had a maintenance visit!
Of course, it was too good to be true today. On the way to see Hani (new year treat to see both on the same day) who was wonderful btw (review posted), I get a text from Skyler that she is sorry that she is now double booked - odd because I spoke to her before 10am when she suggested a time that I agreed to.
I suspect that she is prioritising her premium service. Has anyone else been messed about? Wonder if this is intentional or does she need an admin - must say I am annoyed.
At least Hani didn’t disappoint!
