location - few mins walk from the station.

Had messaged and agreed a time for the booking. Before setting off i messaged to reconfirm the timing and she said it was fine. Upon arriving she said she has to push it back 30 mins. Not great, no apology and i didn't fancy waiting around. Just a complete waste of time.

you might want to use AI to help you understand what "in the last 6 months" means. Also, being messed around by a provider on an agreed booking is useful insight to provide others thinking of booking her.
