Sorry, I posted the initial entry too early, tried to modify it but it timed out while I was typing so none of it got saved. I can't be bothered typing it all out again so I'll just stick to the most important points.
This info is second hand from a mate of mine who hasn't got a UKP account (he thinks it's too risky if it should be discovered by his missus). If anyone wants to know anything else, please ask and I might know (he did give me quite a detailed account), but can't promise.

He told me he saw her a couple of weeks ago, incall at her home. Received OW only and wasn't impressed by her skills. He knew she was on something from the off but only found out when chatting to her afterwards that she injects heroine. She also told him that she's really inexperienced and wouldn't be able to perform at all if she wasn't smacked off her tits.
The standard of the service aside, the risk obviously shoots up (no pun intended) with her injecting so thought I would warn anyone on here. The friend in question is generally trustworthy and I personally do believe him. It also explains the verification pic as well I reckon.
