I was asked to text on arrival at the hotel for the room number. This I did at the precise time. Actually a minute early.
After 5 minutes I was a little surprised not to have had a response and checked I’d got the number correct.
After 30 minutes I left the hotel, with the intention of leaving negative feedback on AW. I then found I couldn’t, as the booking was only in scheduled status. This immediately made me suspicious whether they were actually in attendance.
Next thing I knew I was left negative feedback on AW, which I immediately disputed.
Total waste of a trip. Grrr.
