Initially booked Andrea back in November via AW, booking made and confirmed, but due to ill health she needed to cancel. Ok fair enough.
A few days later she had recovered so re-booked. An excellent hour was spent with a lovely girl, result!!!
Re-booked before Xmas, again cancelled an hour before the booking again ill health, fair enough I was ill a week or so later. Offered a £20 discount for my next booking.
Back in Brum again so booked a week in advance checked discount still available and all confirmed on AW.
Heard nothing from her after confirmation so assumed all ok. On the day texted 90mins before to check all ok and got a response telling me she’d cancelled (again!!) because I’d not texted in the morning to confirm.
WTF!! I’m not telepathic, let me know the protocol and I’ll follow it. She admitted it was a break down in comms on her side.
I don’t expect her to track me down but a quick, “you ok for today”, “Yes see you later” would suffice.
I’m pissed off because I was looking forward to the meet as the booking I did have was very good. I’m not a time waster and expect the same in return.
The cynic in me thinks she may have taken a full price booking instead of the discount on offer, I hope that wasn’t the case.
Andrea please improve the consistency of your comms. If you’re not available for whatever reason please notify the punter in advance or don’t take the booking in the first place.
