A review is worth posting regardless of where the WG is now - you never know when they might be back in your hunting ground and when you'll need to weigh up the positives, negatives and neutrals.... so please don't knock the OP for making the effort.

Whilst I agree there is some benefit in posting a review whilst the wg is still in the area so others can take advantage whilst they remain there, the review is more of the girl, and services delivered and not the location.
A late review is better than no review. In my opinion.
