I'm sure lots of UKP contributors are like me and enjoy following their punt with a contemplative, celebratory or restorative drink in a nearby boozer. Or perhaps some of you rush to the nearest available licensed WiFi hotspot to post a UKP review. If I happen to be early for a punt, I love finding somewhere pleasant to relax with a drink and look forward to the highlight of the day.
So I propose a UKP topic to serve as a Good Pub Guide for London punters. Here are a few suggestions to start the ball rolling:
The Suttons Arms (EC1M 6EB) is a nice boozer near the Barbican that is very handy if you are seeing Sanji.
The Bow Bells (E3 3AA) is a classic East End boozer that's very handy for BustyInBow (or Cacey Curves as she once was).
The Hour Glass (SW3 2DY) is good on a summer evening and is just round the corner from Crystal.Lady's venue in South Kensington.
If anyone thinks this is a daft proposal or has any other comments about it, then I look forward to hearing from you. If you'd like to join in with your own suggestions, then fire away!
Cheers!
