I can see why cancelling at 3 am would seem like wasting time, unless there was a genuine reason provided. TBH in this case the message didn't help matters. I have had to cancel a few times and would always apologies and give a full explanation. Now I am NOT saying this is the case, but the message gives the impression of... Op don't think you have handled this too well. Shit happens in life and sometimes you have to take a deep breath and move on. Don't think Layla is losing sleep over this, neither should you.
