I don't believe she is Ukrainian. She said she has family living in Italy. My guess would be Romanian or Moldovan.
Agreed for half hour slot, got paper work done and offered a glass of water. She offered massaged which I accepted and quite enjoyed. She was chatty and friendly, I felt at ease.
