Communications: Generally very good and prompt in replying to messages and the booking request. Minor delay on final meeting details such as the hotel room - needed prompting but no major issues.
Location: Mid range hotel chain just outside the city. No reception desk so straight to the room with no questions asked. Room was clean and tidy with plenty of clean towels even I was probably her last punter for the night.
