I know the perfect lady in London for this, in fact I visited her myself for a 3hr meet for my birthday treat back in August.  She was simply wonderful.

Who have you already seen? Who have you hotlisted from your research?
People who can demonstrate they've actually made an effort to find someone (beyond just typing some words claiming they have) tend to get better responses.

Ah the stuff people will say to encourage others to help. Perhaps better to pony up a review first of someone you've recently, and then make your birthday request.
