She took my booking and asked me to confirm the day before.  I did.  She then cancelled by the meeting text ten minutes before the agreed meeting time. 

I texted her back to say that I'd just driven 90 minutes for the appointment and was now faced with the same journey back.  No response.

That's sorted my decision thanks. It would be the best part of an hour journey for me so won't be taking the chance. I did request a meeting but got a very short not available then reply.

She texted me before the meet time.  She may have had an emergency.  Probably did.

She may be really good.

Not really business savvy though.  Better she offered a tenner off a later visit or 45 mins for the price of 30 or an extra service thrown in free.  I would have gone back then.
