City centre based, very central. I walked and I'd imagine driving to it would be a nightmare. With all the parking bays systematically being removed by the council.
It is, as mentioned already, in a building that is clearly business, not residential. But it's quiet once you get inside. I heard or seen nobody else within the communal entry. I felt perfectly safe. Although with its location there are a significant amount of CCTV cameras. Outside, and inside the entry. I don't care, but you might.
