Comms - Straightforward, after phoning to make the booking received a text with address and postcode then onto google maps to visualise premises.
Location - Flat in Bletchley with an entrance that looked a bit exposed on google maps, but was ok in reality. Wouldn't have any hesitation returning to that location.
