Alisara Excel spa - worth it?

Hi all, in the next couple of weeks I will be working near the Excel arena. I love a good massage with HE, and have never been in the London scene before. Looking around the Excel arena, within walking distance, I found reviews on here about Alisara, but they're about a year old.

Some questions for those who have been recently:

1. My schedule looks like Wednesday might be the best day for me - Should I book in advance?
2. Any tips on who book?
3. If Alisara is not recommended, any others? I do like some oriental

Look again at massage thread, current page. 

Get DLR to tower hill and walk accords the lovely bridge.  Theres two Thai shops at southern end that get some good reviews.

It's been reviewed more recently I think, quite scathing as I recall and eye-watering prices.

I've not been to the two shops mentioned but from memory on here the rates were sky high and extras meh, unless I'm wrong?

I reviewed this place back in 2016. I have known the owner, Alisara for a number of years. I regularly visit this place as it is convenient for me.

Over the last few months I  have noticed that there are at least 4 different masseuse there. 2 black girls that could be in their 20s and 2 Thai both in their 40s. Alisara is in her 50s although advertises on AW as 35.

I only use Alisara, as I know what I am a getting from her.
