Haha! Glad someone else agrees with me on this. I left Billie negative reviews (2 actually) when she was just starting on AW. She made me wait for nearly 15 minutes then when I arrived made up some excuse that they were sorting out the door access with the security guard to the apartment in Birmingham. My guess is she was running late from her last client. Then! when I arrived she tried to charge me another 20 from memory to use her double bed and therefore said if not we will use the single bed. She is very overrated unfortunately and is addicted to the money.
