I'm not sure where BT tower is but there was a little access road which dips down to the private car park. There is a bus stop right in front of the building where I waited to receive the apartment details.

The bus stop is outside the apartment block.were talking about the same place. thats where  we got the fine.Id find pay and display.not worth the hassle getting a parking ticket.
