I’m pretty sure they won’t run up to you and introduce themselves to the family. As think they would be mortified if you did the same thing.

Living out in the sticks I pass 2 WGs I have seen quite often when out walking. The locals say hello/good morning as default but must admit to feeling a bit weird when one of them passed me and the OH and greeted us.

Adapt as necessary, but at any big event the chances are minimal.

If I’m honest, it was a passing thought. Not something I’m stressing over.

I remember one time walking past a WG I saw on viva street put not yet punted. Glad I did as she looked rough!

what difference is there seeing one at the Goose fair, than at your local Tesco express or walking down the high street.

The etiquette is if you see one, not to acknowledge then, they will do the same, its not in their interest to upset a punter, as they know you will never return to them if you do

I wouldn’t worry about it. If the girls you have seen are actually professional then they won’t want to be outed anymore than you do.
I bump into a WG all the time in my local Sainsbury’s. If I’m with my partner there is complete ignorance of each other. A nod or quick hello if my partner isn’t with me.
