Has anybody got any experience how the Face Picture Only option on AW work? Does it only detect passport or verification style pictures or any pictures that the SP shows their face?

Not sure but I suspect it's the file name.
I've noticed some are titled (NN) non nude and others (FP) face photo. May be wrong.  :unknown:
