Area was bad... It's on a block of flats two stories up behind a Co-op.  It was raining and dark and there was pretty much zero lighting, almost tripped thanks to a step I did not see. Flat is right on the other end and meant having to walk past this "stairway lobby" with zero lighting (someone could potentially hide there with you unawares).

At night time I would not recommend - day time I'm sure it's a bit more safer
