Knowing I’d have a couple of hours to kill in Leeds I had a trawl through who was available. Unfortunately there was very little to choose from, it being a Sunday, and, after not getting any response from my first and second choices, fired off a text to Little Violet who responded quickly confirming she was available at the time requested. Yes, before anyone says anything I know I should have searched the forum for posts about her!

First I am going to describe her.Without the crystal ball I can’t do that as I never met her.
The booking process.Quick response to my initial text confirming availability and providing the name of the hotel she was using, followed by a couple more texts confirming time, services and price. No AW booking request asked for or placed.
The waiting game.There wasn't one, was supposed to be meeting her 3½ hours after arranging.
The Venue.Was supposed to be a hotel opposite the station in the centre of Leeds.
The meeting.I was going to Leeds anyway and knew I’d have a couple of hours to fill. Just as I was getting towards Leeds city centre, about 30 minutes before the arranged time, this is where it all went to shit.
I received a text saying “Havre you.cancel sorry babe xxxx”
(sic). Didn’t make a lot of sense but the word ‘cancel’ definitely started the alarm bells ringing. Replied asking her to confirm she was cancelling and received the following reply “Yes sorry hotel is too.dodgey”
(sic). Texted asking what the problem was but total radio silence.
The money bit.It was supposed to be £120 for the hour.
In conclusion.A complete and utter waste of time and effort.
Last but not least.Can’t believe that she only discovered whatever it was about the hotel being dodgy three hours after making the booking and thirty minutes before the agreed time. But every cloud, and all that, had a fantastic, very short notice, punt with an agency lass instead.
