Trying to herd in 2 guys and 3 escorts is probably a pain in the arse.  I say probably since I never tried.  But MFF is hard enough (done) and I tried MMFF (gave up before the act) so MMMFFF=too hard.

You're unlikely to find this unless you are prepared to organize it yourself. The problem is with such small numbers if one or two men cancelled late the (already high)  economics would be screwed as would the dynamic you are looking for.
