I do the A1079 Beverley to York daily and have often wondered if I could have a stop off en route?! Save driving miles out. Any suggestions? Thanks.

There used to be a lay by about 10 miles from York that had a trailer with lovely bacon sarnies and tea...its worth stopping off there.

Where have you actually looked, or are you just asking others to do the searching for you?

There are 2 on AW around Pocklington/Market Weighton if you can be bothered to find them, one of them reviewed on here.

Chill! Yeah done the searching, adult works, viva street etc, sometimes some people have some suggestions from other sources! Found a good place in Goole from a recommendation that wasn’t advertised at the time although is now and was before just not when I was looking! Was just asking the question just in case anyone could pass some suggestions!

Anyway off for that bacon sarny now....
