Such terms are relative. Do you mean an "old lady" or an "older lady"?

I've only been once and was greeted by an older lady who I assumed was the Lulu mentioned on other threads.

Lulu has been there a while, probably 12 months or so.
Lulu sometimes "greets".
But you would know it's Lulu because she is quite full on with the "hello darling" approach.

There is also an older, plain looking woman. She has been there for ever.
She would for all purposes, appear to be the owner, or certainly the manager.

If you read hairymonster's post from October (see the link I posted in the next reply to yours), then he is referring to the "older lady", i.e. Lulu, who sometimes greets but is not the boss. The boss appears to be the "old lady" who may offer to massage you if they're busy but is unlikely to be as forward as Lulu.

I think from what you guys have said it is the boss. She has been there a lot longer than a year and she normally wears a dress or leather skirt, certainly didnt expect her to offer any extras. Dont think I have seen Lulu, I was always put on the topfloor with the latest initiate as I have not seen another girl twice.
