From the two commenters above Jerboa I can already guess exactly the type of guys they are when they visit Pattaya. The socially awkward, sleazy, terribly dressed, unkempt and generally the sort that would stand no chance of even meeting women in their own country. That's what they reek of anyway.

How long you plan on staying for? If only two weeks I’d say stay in Patts, maybe a few days in Bkk, but not half the trip, purely for mongering head to Patts, if you have 3 weeks then a week in AC would be a idea, though after 7 days it might get boring.

I haven’t counted my photos from years ago but yes, the fucks were hundreds (I counted them) and they were very cheap. (Those that know VM will understand). Not everybody allowed a photo but most did in those days. I used to offer them a copy if they wanted one. So it’s nice to look through them sentimentally occasionally but they are best thrown away. Prossies are prossies. They wouldn’t want to be remembered and neither should I attach sentimental value to them.

Not sure he's never been there. A few of the things he's said ring true. Thai girls are getting fatter (fattest nation in SE Asia, I think) and fewer attractive girls are available in bars now because of factors like improving economic conditions, more tourists and the power of the Internet and mobile phones. I was there recently and noticed there were a lot of plain faces and dumpy bodies around.

On the other hand, there were dogs around in the mid 90s, it wasn't wall to wall stunners and great cheap service then. The best times were around 1999-2001. True, Pattaya is a shithole but I suppose I will return, in January when we have snow on the ground I can escape to hot weather and get a hotel for £25 a night, it’s not what it used to be but that applies to many places.
