Yeah, I had to re-read his review - he must have negotiated a 45 minute cost as I too saw her rates at that price Tim.

Admin has to personally approve all the first posts of the lurkers trying to post just to get full access. It has given him a lot more work to do, as you can see from the deleted posts thread.

I am sure some posts may get through but I will still be reporting anyone I am suspicious of.
