    A good attitude - at least seems to be glad you are and straight forward
    Good GFK
    Slim - too tired of seeing +2 dress sizes when you turn up
    Not being local - ease of access ie good parking etc

Looking at those and Swindon in general I would invest in 30 mins travel and go to Bristol if possible.
