I was fancying a thai so I called up T-O. She answered the phone gave me the postcode and i made my way to West Molesey. Im not sure if this is still london I Think it maybe borderline surrey because although it is 5 mins drive from Hampton Court the bus stops began to lose the red signs. After about a 90 minute drive I arrived at the postcode and she told me wait opposite majestic wine. I waited here for 10 minutes and then called back again she then finally gave me a door number and when i knocked on the door she told me she was still getting ready give her 10 minutes. As much as I was annoyed I was already here so i decided to wait. I went back to my motor and waited inside for another 15 minutes. I thought my clocks may be fast so i waited another 5 minutes and then I called her again. She answered saying she is nearlly at the house and she will be there in 5 minutes. I proceeded to tell her that she claimed she was getting ready and then she pretended that her English was not good. (How convenient). She said 5 minutes I will be there. After waiting another 10 minutes totaling the time to 40 minutes it began to become more than a pisstake but as the journey was soo damn far i waited another 5 minutes before I called her one last time. She then said 5 minutes again! I hung up the phone started the engine and drove home as she is clearly not serious and does not value clients time. As i was on the A road driving home i see a missed call from her number another 35 minutes later. I dont swear much but what a FUCKING pisstake is an understatement. This has to be one of my worst punts of all time.

NOBODY deserves to be left sitting like a lemon for 45 minutes.

Shame she was shit but you made this a shed load worse for yourself by continuing to wait.  You gave her plenty of notice when making the booking, don't ever wait more than 5-10 mins total.  And if she says she's not even there yet then leave.

I make it a rule to always have alternatives in play for SPs who are a long way away.  Do your research on the area as well as the SP.  Always have a plan B, C and D. 

Be prepared to bail on all plans and save your load for another day rather than ride angry.

Molesey is a desert for SPs.  Better of looking in Kingston or Surbiton I suspect.

Even more reason to have alternatives on the route home and a strict time limit on waiting.

Good advice from now on I will never again wait more than 10 minutes. And always gonna have a Plan B

3hrs 45 of your life including travel time? Sorry to hear about that mate. You should invoice her for your time and petrol.

I agree with LLP. Personally I give them one strike if they need to delay an appointment at short notice within reason (up to say 10-15 mins). Things happen: they might be delayed getting there, another punter hasn't left yet, whatever.
However, she gave you the house number so that was green lights. If there is a further delay, I automatically bail irrespective of whether she might genuinely only be 5 mins away. There's a temptation to stay and wait (hope) but it means you're in control of your destiny rather than have some disorganised WG piss you around. Don't throw good time after bad.
