full disclosure, there was a thread some weeks ago where i suggested someone go and see her on account of his requests and how many positives she had received on here. at the time i hadn't met her....

that has obviously since changed.

i've had to go to b'ham on a couple of occasions for work, contacted her on AW in advance and arranged everything. i've met her a couple of times now...
