I think a lot of the problem for Jessika is location.  Alicia Thai is 7 minutes from Angel N1 and charges more than Jessika (with a slightly longer service list that includes b2b for an hour up to £110). 

You have to book a couple of days in advance!

I am sure if Jessika relocated somewhere more affluent, safe, central and easy to reach, and *worked regular hours* she would build a regular local client base.  A pretty massuse working regular hours, offering decent service, some fairly innocuous extras and reasonable prices will get returns and quickly build a business. 

I am tempted to put the two of them in touch with each other.
