Former regulars of Sandys, Do you still punt as often ???

Apologies for another  Sandys thread, just didn't want to take "the girls whereabouts " thread off topic.

Curious as the title says, my punting has declined considerably since it closed and I wondered if it was just me.

I know a lot of members on here aren't  fans of parlours and other members my not have liked Sandys in particular  but it just used to suit my lifestyle.

I didn't live near there but I had a lot of customers in the Prestwich area and, being self employed in could usually manage to organise an afternoon  free for a bit of fun.
If there was a particular girl I had the horn for I could work my days to suit the rota and book ahead or  I'd just turn up  at random, have a coffee  and wait to get a glimpse of the girls in their  skimpy outfits p and see who put a tilt in my kilt.

If I was feeling flush and horny I'd  book in with one girl then leave a gap and see who else I fancied.

It was a bit like going to your favourite restaurant, there where the usual "dishes" available that you'd had before and enjoyed  but there was also a steady stream of new "dishes" to sample ;-)

When it closed I thought I'd give Adultwork  a go,  I dropped on finding one of my old faves on there Naughtyaimyxxxx, I've had some fun with her and similarly  Cody who I knew from Sandys but I'm struggling  finding the right type of girls at the right time in the right  areas.
Judging by the mixed bag of reports we get on here  these independents seem a bit hit and miss,  if you booked a newcomer at Sandys and you dropped on one  a bit unenthusiastic at least they were usually fit as fuck, especially bent over the end of the bed ;-) .

I know from the other thread some of the girls are now at other parlours but again it's location and timing that's the problem.   Basically I've been spoiled by Sandys    ;-)  ;-)

I guess it's about 20 weeks since they closed so I would normally have had 20 punts in that period  but I've only had half a dozen!!!   Even the wife is starting to look attractive now ;-) and the bank balance is looking good.

Anyway back to the question, have any of the other Sandys  regulars found that  they're punting less or have I been credited of the  "addiction"

i finally broke my sandys duck around last christmas time and went another 2 times before it closed and i have to say i was gutted i'd left it that long. amazing looking women and a good friendly vibe and the rooms were excellent as well. i have a very limted amount of opportunities to punt and the option of sandy's or the military precision planning i would have to do for an indy punt. i would take sandys everytime. i am now fucked without the sandy's option as it would take the stress away from organising a punt. i could leave my house in liverpool and within 2 hours(train and then tram) i could be balls deep in a fit as fuck women.

Could you not just book a punt at another brothel? eg GFE ? Or a reputable Agency with an incall apartment ? eg Angel Companions?

Yeah i've not punted as much since Sandy's demise 90% of my punts were done there, punting more at LMB now but the showers don't work properly and also at GFE which is on par with Sandys but further away for me.
On a few occasions i've simply not been arsed about punting as Indi's can be a pain to book and nobody I wanted to see at LMB or GFE so had a wank instead

I'm still managing to maintain a steady monthly wg rate. Travelling to Crewe has opened up a lot of new opportunities, plus it's a little less expensive for a service.

I've also been trying the City Centre places, like Cherries and Cosmo. Also, visiting KSG more frequently.
I'm lucky and can travel wherever I like and whenever the mood catches me.

I know exactly what you mean about using the waiting area at either Prestwich or Northenden as a shop window for the next punt, it was the best thing to do.

I don't live in Manchester anymore, but if I did, I'd see indies or use GFE, which is basically Sandy's without the pretentious 'look at us, we're a professional business' shtick.

Sandy's really wasn't that special imo, yes it was well run at client level, obviously not so much behind the scenes as they fucked up in some way to attract Police attention, but the services were extremely rushed and formulaic and the girls, bar a few stunners, were no more attractive than those you'd find in any other parlour. The receptionists seemed to operate on a binary system of cold and overprofessional to rude and unprofessional and if you complained to Merv/Adrian Burch if anything went wrong he'd simply twist your words and try and discredit you, just read any forum thread on the other site containing Sandy's complaints and you'll see example after example of this. Proper twat of a bloke, I guess you can't expect anything else from a pimp though.

The fact it was so well regarded was mainly due to how crap most brothels in the UK are under the current legal system rather than them doing anything particularly groundbreaking. Just look at Germany to see the kind of places we could see if the Government ever legalise.

Sandys for me was on business trips
The simplicity of knowing where to go & everything nice & easy - location close to motorway / hotels not too far - was ideal
Thus easy to rock up - have some fun & then back to hotel to watch the footy on the box & have a few beers
The time spent getting there / parked up & returning was kept to the minimum
On the last couple of trips i've thought about booking an indie - but this takes more time - research & then travel etc.  And i haven't bothered
Will probably switch to Bury parlours at some point
The biggest bummer that after dithering for a good few years i only made it there twice before the wheels came off
So yes its cut back my punting on trips to the north-west

I have seen far more indies and then agency girls than I have massage parlours. I think another benefit of parlours is that there's usually parking available. I hate going on a punt and a) struggle to park b) have to pay for the parking. Plus I've had a fucking ticket on one of my punts that too on a late Sun evening in Manchester City centre. Proper annoying.

Going to your fine city again in the next couple weeks so I just googled "sandys" again to check that it was still running well and was greeted with this thread, terrible news lol. Wondering if anyone has any advice for any alternative? E.g. other good parlours in the city centre, or other VFM options that are central/easy to find for a non-local.

most city centre places are mainly shitholes mate, KSg is nice and clean but only seen Sasha and Dominque who were  both very good but neither  work there anymore .

Yes, best place was to sit on the end seat next to the newspapers and watch the comings and goings .
Made it easy to choose who to see the following week.

I was a regular at Sandy's for 11 years, from 2005 until its closure in 2016. I haven't punted anywhere near as regularly since the closure.
The regularity of my visits varied over the years, between 1 and 8 punts a month I reckon.

The benefits of easy to get to locations (for me) and the daily selection of some genuinely outstanding ladies were the attraction.
Nowadays I find myself having to do a lot of planning to arrange punts rather than just calling one or both of the SS venues on the day, so that cuts down the frequency a lot. I guess it's saving me a lot of cash though.

That said, there's also a real lack of great parlours in the South Manchester area. Northenden used to be incredibly convenient for me to pop to. In my experience, KSG doesn't come remotely close - largely due to the average quality of the service, not to mention how Sandy's seemed to somehow pull in incredibly attractive women compared to everywhere else. And, for the record, KSG is one of the best parlours I've been to - that's just reflective of how much I loved Sandy's.

I definitely don’t punt as often. There aren’t the parlours that attract hot looking women anymore as previously stated. Sheridan’s is a shit hole with women that aren’t in the same league as Sandys. GFE is a nice venue but the girls are photoshopped to hell on the site.

I agree with this almost 100%, except for GFE being a great alternative. GFE was SO much better years ago when it was the wonder lounge. It is now a soulless, clinical and unsexy parlour. It is perhaps the parlour with the least atmosphere that I've ever visited, which is a shame as there's a couple of girls there now that I'd quite like to see.
