Just discovered that their is a WG in the same village/small town as myself....to close for comfort? Just thinking of the benefits, not much travelling time, ten mins at most, so wouldn't be "missing" for long.

Probably more cons than pros though.

If she has not been there long, or only just started, go for it if her area is not near a friend of yours or more importantly your wife's. That's if you have the bottle and can come up with a convincing excuse if you are seen going in or out. Go before the locals realise but don't be tempted to go again. Might just add to the thrill?

Depends how much the thrill of doing it balances against having to think on your feet excites you.

Once punted a lady she worked in a flat some 35 miles from me
Found out later when she attended a youth prize giving event that she lived in the same area as me.
To me it's punting and there is always a risk

Years ago I wouldn’t contemplate it, but recently punting more and more close to home, partly down to me becoming too lazy to travel the 20 miles to norwich

Worst thing I did was get a private number plate. "oh I saw your car in *****, last week, what were you doing there", type thing. Almost always said in front of the OH.

When I got a new car, I sold the plate too, now i just blend into the background again, like before.

I had this once, got the postcode and it was some way away from the AW location - it was very close to my parents in law

Still went ahead and it was great, somehow added to the thrill.

Closest punt I've had is literally across the road from work. Large discreet block of flats used by many girls. I can see the office from the balcony. Always makes me smile when walking past it. Large city mind.

It's just as risky punting away from home, if you get spotted, it would be just as hard to explain. I have came across WG's when I have been out, and they are looking for discretion, same as you. It wouldn't bother me at all.

Unless you punt 100's of miles away from home there's always a risk - 2 days ago a now retired WG from 15 miles away (at the time) that I punted twice in the past walked into where I work with her other half and I ended up dealing with them

Turned out she'd moved ! I'm 99% sure she didn't recognise me - either that or her poker face is bloody good !

At the end of the day WGs are also people. They need to shop, meet friends have a life away from work - just like you or me. It's not suprising that you may encounter one is civvie street. As has been said, just as (probably) you don't want it widely known that you pay for sex, she (probably) doesn't want her trade broadcast across Asda.

I know a girl who escorts and cams through AW. I would never book her for fear she might try and take advantage of the situation. AW is incredibly anonymous; someone in your local community who may know your friends, family, colleagues and neighbours most certainly is not.
