I've also been double booked by this provider.
I called 15 mins before my arrival to let them know i was on my way, all good.
when i arrived radio silence.
Booked again, and this time my booking was delayed.
When i got to see Sandra i explained what happened the first time, and she explained the maid wasn't very good, and apologised.
Then i got double booked again. This time i was promised she would make it up to me, but when i rebooked the service wasn't as good as the first punt, and she seemed to be a little drunk. I done my gear and left early it was that bad.
So i never got compensated for being messed about.
Won't be booking again
