Booked a day in advance, confirmed the next morning. Once I got to the address, text and a call went unanswered.

10 mins had passed with no response I decided to leave and I received a text apologising, explaining that she had an urgent call up from work and forgot to tell me

I did suspect I was double booked as coincidently me and another bloke was looking at the estate map to find the building, at the same time. I could be so wrong

I understand unexpected events happen but it was unacceptable to not give me an early heads up. Needless to say I was unable to find a substitute at a short notice as I had a meeting shortly after

Have you considered calling her, politely explaining what happened and ask if she is willing to make amends?  I got a £20 discount on my next booking with Burning Phoenix like this.  The money is not really significant for me but the gesture is very important in terms of how she views you and her business.  I am quite prepared to forgive a girl messing up and wasting my time if she is contrite and willing to make amends at her expense.

In her initial text apologising, she mentioned giving me extra time for my next visit - I did contact her a few days after but she hasn't replied since it happened.

Sorry to hear that this didn't work out. I also tried to see her last Friday and got the same excuse, although luckily as I didn't get a timely reply to my confirmation text I wrote it off before I travelled. Her comms are handled mostly by a maid and they are a bit shit. She needs to sort that out.

Hope you get the promised extra time if you do get to see her.

I encourage you to keep us posted.  Any girl who is unconcerned about her professional reputation and unconcerned about fucking punters about deserves flagging as such.  While I don’t resort to malicious false bookings I can certainly understand the impulse.  Making the offer without being prepared to follow through and actually deliver the discount (if this is the case) is very poor indeed.

I just had her tell me in person I was wrong to report she'd failed to respond to a booking request.  Rather than admit her side's fault she accuses me of not even making the booking in AW which I had because 'hello?' how'd I leave feedback? 

Wasted trip to meet her, riled I can't log a second negative.
Then again money saved so will go enjoy someone more reasonable. Funny how this beholder no longer sees her as a beauty worth repeating.

Nah man I won't be expecting any kind of benefits from her. If she wants to rectify her mistake I may consider giving her a second chance, if not, I don't care.

I'd rather pay more for a reliable service than get fucked around again.

When i got to see Sandra i explained what happened the first time, and she explained the maid wasn't very good, and apologised.
Then i got double booked again. This time i was promised she would make it up to me, but when i rebooked the service wasn't as good as the first punt, and she seemed to be a little drunk. I done my gear and left early it was that bad.
So i never got compensated for being messed about.

I could have been double booked too... I didn't see if the guy alongside me walked into her building as I was trying to avoid standing right outside it. The maid needs to fix up

After being left hanging I thought fuck it and tried to book UNIQUE_MONICA but despite the price hike, she seems to be even busier than before!

Wouldn't surprise me if she was on here as she was certainly aware of her AW feedback.  She definitely holds a grudge and over-reacts.  Her shitty luck with receptionists seems to be getting to her.
