If she's got a sore throat then if you're lucky she's just got a harmless infection from too much kissing or not enough rest.  If you're unlucky then the various bare dicks and infected mouths that have gone there before you have dropped more than a load in there and you've possibly been exposed to an STI.  Lucky you!

Sore throat could be a symptom of an active STI, even if it was just a "normal" sore throat I would've bailed.  Given the game we're in you have to be pretty fucked up deliberately trying to collect active infections.
