hi

i have been getting prostatitus for some time, doctors say to ride it out as its non-bacterial and not enlarged there are no pills which will help and i have tried alpha blockers.  I am trying natural supplements now and have been reading about prostate massage.  I find the thought of doing this with a girl a bit gross but willing to try if it will improve my condition, has anyone had this before (is it painful?) and can anyone recommend a girl who has experience doing this and will be gentle in london region?

I’ve never really found a WG who knows what they’re doing. Yes a finger in the arse for me is nice but it’s never a prostate massage as such. I’d say if it would help then you’d need someone who knew exactly what they were doing.

Thanks reading through the thread sounds like the typical lazy treatment of long term antibiotics when therr is no proven bacterial infection - alot of urologists still use this approach in hope.  I had a prostate secretion which returned negative so urologist didnt give antibiotics but alpha blockers which do help but i dont want to take forever and they mess up your libido

Most guys its non bacterial/pelvic pain syndrome and resesrch in this area is decades behind other conditons.  I am having some luck with diet changes and supplements

True but pm is not seen as effective by most urologists (iv seen numerous top ones and only 1 mentioned this), therefore there are no medical prostate massage providers.  A girl who is experienced would do the job its only a walnut sized gland u have to rub gently.  When u google pm u get escort sites (any trained practitioners i would be interested in hearing about)

Take care. Last Autumn I had a rather vigorous PM from a very good, well reviewed SP in the Cambridge area. I found it slightly painful and it didn't get me  sexually aroused.
