Got there and a different woman opened the door lead me to the room. I thought this was the assistant or something but it turned out to be her. She was nice but not what I wanted. So I left.

Sorry to hear of this bait & switch job done to you  . Your review is lacking on some information required though. Such as general location in London for the booking, how long you booked for, how much the booking rate was and for how long? If you can add any further information to this it would be appreciated for punters in London.
