I was contemplating giving it a neutral but I went into the punt knowing that it would be ow as she has had numerous profiles in the past and once I did contact her last year and was told "I have to see you first" so I pretty much knew beforehand what to expect

I didn't care for kissing either so I kept it a possitive

I think you were right Yaardie to change your rating.  The audience is reading the reservations and not booking her on that basis = neutral.
