Service was polite, but actually the reason why it has been brought down to a neutral. Although she is polite and professional, she also just lacked enthusiasm. On top of this it felt like she just wanted to make me come as soon as possible and I appreciate a lot of WGs try this but it was quite obvious and added to the mechanic feel.
