Thought long and hard about leaving a negative review as ive never left one before and always give the provider the benefit that things happen and sometimes bookings cant be kept. But this mornings check of AW changed that.
In this case this the second booking with pixie. First one was around a month a ago, got a text message the day before saying really sorry have to cancel, no epxlination.
I started making arrangements with pixie a good week before the booking and sent booking req through AW. Got comms throughout the week checking were still on. I confirmed, yes all good see you saturday and asked about the closest rail option. Got a reply with stations and a note from pixie saying will confirm Friday. I thought at time this was a little odd, i have a confirmed booking through AW and she already asked me again if i was ok for the booking, but she will confirm Friday?? I put it to the back of my mind.
Friday arrives and late friday afternoon i get a message from pixie, Sorry going to have to cancel, chest infection.
Now this is where i became pissed off. Woke this morning and thought lets see what options we have as i still fancied a punt. On to AW and the hotlist to see whats about.
Low and behold pixies green available light is on and available for today.
So thats me bombed off twice. I can only assume she probably got a regular for a longer booking.
Now i realise that she will know i have left this Neg review and will not let me re-book but at the end of the day at the higher end of £££ providers, to lie cancel the booking and then have your light on for the day of the booking is insulting.
Looks like £200 saved in my opinion. Shes not welcome to it now.
I have seen she has logged on here before and made comments so im interested to see if she makes any comments about this.
