Given all the disappointing and simply mediocre experiences I read on this website, is it wrong to tip when one is actually happy with the experience and feels the girl met and exceeded expectations? Am I really the only guy on this website who tips? Maybe it's an American thing, but I always tip for good service whether it's a taxi driver or an escort.

I’ve never tipped, nor have I considered it, but you do make a valid point. I would certainly pay a premium to get exactly what/who/the look I wanted, rather than less expensive mediocre experiences. Of course paying a premium is no guarantee of a good service.
