Bathroom is very nice but being in the loft it does have a low ceiling!
Value for money 7/10 - when I first rang Deborah she went through her various prices, initially asking £60 for 30 minutes. I countered with 30 minutes for £50 which she reluctantly agreed with as I think she wanted a bit of money for Christmas.
