My apologies for this being about a month old, but I know that she has been away for most of the time since I saw her.

In some cases it's not and in others it depends on the chemistry between the SP and the customer.

yeh got that but the OP says playing the long game is VERY appropriate which suggests that it IS available  if you play the long game (although not offered early on)as opposed to MIGHT be available.

I'm not nit picking but just seeking clarity.
