Kalmia/Bernice - Diva Escort - Queensway

So, I have been reading reviews on this website for a while and decided to finally take the plunge and go for it!

I saw a girl who caught my eye on Diva Escort called Kalmia - [External Link/Members Only]. Dark hair, big blue eyes, nice curves - my idea of perfection.

However, when I got there I stood outside for 5-10 minutes waiting as there was no answer at the door bell. The door eventually opened, and I went upstairs. I was greeted by another girl, who I instantly realised was not Kalmia. 

When I went into the room, the girl came with me. She told me she was Kalmia. However, this girl was much taller (5'9"), had a darker complexion, a totally different figure, and brown eyes. When I told her the girl I booked with had blue eyes, she tried to lie saying she had 'contact lenses in', and that it was 'photoshop'. After a while, she conceded she wasn't Kalmia and was the only girl there, after I got a photograph up on my phone.

As I had travelled quite far, I decided to just go with it and make the most out of a bad situation. Unfortunately, I wish I had not bothered and left when I had a chance.

This was my first punt and was extremely disappointed. I guess you learn from your mistakes though!!

I believe the girl was the girl - Bernice - External Link/Members Only She looks nice in photographs, but they are heavily photoshopped. She seemed nice, but it was almost impossible to communicate due to her poor english, and was hardly apologetic about the situation.

I text Diva Escort to let them know how very poor the experience was. However, I just got an automated reply with an insincere apology.

This is really poor. I've not heard a B&S from an agency before. It's not what you expect from them. Poor service and over-retouched photos are common but sending you to a different girl altogether is shocking practice. You should have walked and told them you will post a bad review unless they make for it

Actually, the agency may have no idea about it.  I remember a few years back I went to see a Rom (can't remember through which agency) near Olympia.  I'd seen the girl before - she was surprisingly good for a Rom  - but another one came into the room.  If anything she was even better looking that the one I'd booked, so I went ahead with the booking and it was pretty good.  I reported this to the agency and they seemed surprised  .  It seemed as though the girls had switched the booking for some reason.

I think in this case I got lucky.  In general of course it is totally unacceptable - though given some of the photoshopping you see, it might as well be a different girl some times
