Called her at 12.30 to make arrangements, arranged to meet at 4pm and she said she would text the address. Her location was listed as Queen Street station on the adultwork website, so I got the train at 3pm. By this time I still hadnt received a text but assumed (hoped) it would be sent shortly before the appointment.
3.45 and still no text, so I texted and advised I was close by, and asked if we were still OK for 4pm. I got a text back at 4.20pm when I was on my way back home, saying she never seen my text and was "free now if i wanted to call her". I decided against it and advised I didnt appreciate being messed about like that. She claimed to have texted me back 7 minutes after I texted her which was not true, it was 35 minutes, and also claimed that she told me to get in touch an hour before the meeting. She also never actually said that to me when I spoke to her 4 hours previously, and as she hadnt texted me as promised, clearly I wasnt advised this via text message either.
Cant really rate her services for obvious reasons, but overall a pretty negative experience.
