This councillor was surely just checking on his constituency in the most intimate way possible  , but whatever happened up the Merthyr Creamery took down house brothels all over South Wales.
He's probably a martyr for the local council but loathed by his family and loved ones. Lost his job, all over the press and I bet the service was shite too.

Now there was a real dirtbag who lured girls, some underage, into his world of vice before pimping them out, so while still underage.

The Councillor is named in both news items. I wonder can it have been complete coincidence that he was there at the time of the raid? -  which is said to have taken place only minutes after he entered (during which short time he managed to get "covered in lipstick").

I can relate the the lipstick and I think I reviewed at the time... Not on my face but bollocks and she was into balls deep. I went there when they first started off and went to another place in Merthyr for another booking and was allways early not to be rude and remember the guy arriving with the girl in a blue car.
