Well done for walking Zulu. Last time I had the same she wanted extra for CIM , also having agreed it on the phone. As I was about to walk she changed her mind. Turned out to be a good fuck as it happened. Equally I've had it where SP refused FK- and I walked- alas she didnt change her mind, so she saw £90 walk out the door.
Worst one was the sausage inspector- paid extra for FK and OWO and failed to do the FK, left at half time - no shag-got half my money back.
