OP just a suggestion, probably best not to add an image or photo in the review itself IMO.

Unfortunately since the operation her service has been terrible, I saw her twice after the breast surgery and both time were truly poorly. She even told me that she doesn't get wet and horny as she used to...I think if you never met before the operation you might still enjoy...but I personally won't see her again...what a shame...
