Noticed this British black lady was doing a "last ever" tour of Cheltenham.  Top end of my budget at £140/hr so had high expectations.  The delivery on my expectations is the reason for the neutral rating.

Location was serviced apartments near the Brewery, looked fairly recently done out and was a good quality place.  Good shower, clean towels.  Discreet entrance.

Samantha was friendly and pleasant.  As described in the ad.  She is intelligent and articulate.  I'd say the pictures don't do her justice and she is definately hot.  I was asked about my preferences and we established what was and was not on the menu. 

Started a little too soon tugging my cock for my liking so stopped that one.  Services delivered were OWO, kissing lips only closed mouth, RO clean and tasty, RCG, CG, doggy, mish, 69.  Enjoyed the OWO which included ball attention and eye contact.  Only half a length in but a good effort.  Eyes closed mostly and no FK meant this was not a GFE as advertized. Protected sex in all positions was OK, no real enthusiasm at all, quite passive.

One always is suspicious when prossies claim to 'retiring' - sometimes it's a ruse to get some bookings or, more often, they intend to retire but they can't adjust to the hard work and lower pay on 'civvie street'.

However, it is plausible that she is really just doing it to pay her debts because she doesn't like escorting and her heart isn't in it - which is reflected in the service.

If she weren't an ebony SP, she couldn't demand anywhere near those ludicrous prices.
